We are looking for two new Customer Service Advisors to join on a fixed term contract until March 2018. You’ll report in to the customer Service Team Leader and work as part of a collaborative team that shares information freely and is willing to support colleagues in absence.


Key responsibilities:

  • Handling general customer enquiries over the telephone
  • Processing orders from various sources – via phone, email, a dedicated customer base
  • Booking in deliveries and value added support
  • Liaising with other areas of the business as required, such as warehouse, publishers, credit administration, etc
  • Handling queries and following up on transport and delivery issues
  • Working with members of our client publishers’ sales teams
  • Ad hoc and other administration duties contributing to the smooth running of the department
  • Supporting the Team Leaders and Managers with developing new initiatives to improve our service and efficiency levels


If you are deadline-driven and detail-orientated with a can-do attitude, this is the role for you. You will be comfortable working with order input systems and Microsoft Office applications such as Excel. This role would suit someone with good keyboard skills and previous experience in a customer facing role or administrative environment, who can work on their own initiative in line with work flow and processes.
