We are looking for an excited and savvy data lover who can give life to data, extract all its rich information, and provide business recommendations that drive progress and innovation. This position is part of our Analytics team. You'll work collaborate closely with our Data Engineers, Business Analysts and Business experts to design scalable ML models that help optimise business processes.

What will you do? 

  • Identify business use cases that can be solved with AI 

  • Propose solutions and strategies to business challenges 

  • Analyse large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns 

  • Build predictive models and machine-learning algorithms 

  • Analyse data at different stages of the modelling pipeline 

  • Seek feedback, share results through Data Visualisations 

  • Collaborate with engineering teams and business units 

  • Take part in global projects collaborating with other data science teams 

 

What is required for this role? 

  • PhD or Masters degree in Data Science, Machine Learning, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, or other quantitative sciences. 

  • 4+ years experience 

  • Demonstrated high programming ability including fluency in both Python and SQL.  

  • Experience building productionised machine learning models at scale with a preference for MVP and iteration. 

  • Self-directed and comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders and functional teams.  

  • Be excited by the prospect of optimizing or even re-designing our company’s ML architecture and working with stakeholders to improve business outcomes.  

  • A strong experienced using a variety of data analysis methods, data tools, building and implementing models, using/creating algorithms and running simulations.  

  • Proven ability to drive business results with their data-based insights. 

  • Experience conducting research and analysis on large data sets and providing rigorous interpretations of the results. 

  • A solid understanding of key statistical concepts. 

  • Knowledge of common Data Science toolkits (e.g. Pandas, Numpy, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, Pytorch). 

  • Fluent spoken and written English. Spanish (basic)
