Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Managing Editor, your role will encompass:
- Coordinating and minuting meetings, maintaining business systems and providing comprehensive administrative assistance to the Adult Publishing team.
- Managing schedules, setting up audio titles, administering award entries and handling other clerical tasks.
- Processing gratis orders, administering public submissions and collating sales figures, among other tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- A curious nature, always eager to learn within the role.
- Good computer skills.
- The capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a supportive team environment.
