Receptionist (part-time)

The role:

A rare opportunity has become available at our North Sydney office. As the Receptionist, you will find yourself being the company's first point of contact and providing administrative support across the organisation. You will handle the flow of people who come to reception and ensure that you are both personable and professional. Tasks need to be done on time and attention to detail is crucial.

As the successful candidate, you will be well presented and have a strong willingness to take direction and learn new skills. You are an excellent communicator; display sound time management and organisational skills combined with a strong guest focus.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greet visitors, manage incoming calls, and handle inquiries efficiently.
  • Assist with scheduling, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Provide excellent service to clients and visitors, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications and/or experience:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic office equipment.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.

This is an excellent opportunity in a position with genuine interest for customer service and business support with great work-life balance.
