We have an opportunity for a Digital Innovation Analyst to join our Projects team, supporting PRH ANZ’s digital transformations. You will be responsible for driving awareness, engagement, and adoption of new technologies across the ANZ business. This hands-on role acts as a bridge between global technology advancements and local teams, ensuring innovation is translated into practical opportunities. You’ll help teams and individuals be equipped to use new tools effectively and embed it’s use in their daily work.

 

The key responsibilities include:

  • Understanding emerging technologies and their feature sets.
  • Creating and delivering training sessions, workshops, and materials to educate teams and individuals on how new applications and tools work.
  • Developing strategies to encourage teams and individuals to use new technologies in their daily work.
  • Monitoring usage, adoption, and identify areas of resistance.
  • Liaising with ANZ departments to identify opportunities to pilot and implement new tools.
  • Supporting individuals and teams in how to use new tools and technologies in their specific roles, with practical use cases.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure tools and technology meet business needs.
  • Staying up to date on industry technology trends and emerging tools.
  • Monitoring innovation opportunities from Bertelsmann (parent company).
  • Reporting on technology advancements from Penguin Random House regional counterparts, identifying relevant opportunities for the ANZ business.

 

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Clear communicator with the ability to explain technical concepts in plain language.
  • Confident in facilitating training sessions and presenting to small teams.
  • Comfortable working with diverse teams and engaging with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Ability to create and deliver education, training, and engagement programs.
  • Curious, adaptable, and open to trying new technologies and processes.
