We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Campaign Executive to join our dynamic Adult’s Marketing & Publicity team in Sydney.
About the Role:
As a Campaign Executive, you will spearhead innovative and dynamic promotional campaigns incorporating both paid marketing and earned media strategies aimed at boosting sales and elevating the awareness of our books.
You will collaborate closely with various teams, including Digital, Product, Sales, and Publishing, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing creative marketing and publicity strategies
- Channel and media pitch planning and creative briefing
- Budget management and allocation
- Performance reporting and analytics
- Coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure campaign success
What We’re Looking For:
We seek a creative and analytical individual with a passion for driving organizational performance. The ideal candidate will be strategic, collaborative, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Key qualifications include:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a marketing, PR, or communications role
- Demonstrable flair for creative thinking, copywriting, and campaign planning
- Exceptional attention to detail and high accuracy
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and multi-task effectively
- Experience in budget management and delivering high-quality work within deadlines
