Campaign Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly organised Campaign Manager (Adult Books) to join our Marketing and Publicity team. You will plan and execute dynamic, fully integrated marketing and publicity campaigns for our books for adults. The role requires strategic oversight, creative thinking,  a strong command of digital marketing and a holistic, end-to-end approach to campaigns.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and managing multi-channel marketing and publicity campaigns that connect target audiences with books and authors
  • Ensuring integrated media planning across paid, earned, shared and owned channels
  • Planning and executing author appearances, events and tours
  • Supporting the sales team with appropriate collateral and working with key accounts on co-op opportunities

Qualifications and/or experience:

  • Marketing/communications/PR degree or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a dynamic, fast paced media or marketing environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders
  • Excellent time management skills
  • High attention to detail
