Your tasks

• Create cutting edge application designs, interaction animations & prototypes
• Generating design specifications and expand our design principles and guidelines
• Analyzing existing products and making improvement recommendations
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting design issues
• Monitoring output to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance with our brand and design system specifications
• Supporting and mentoring junior and midlevel product designers and provide ongoing professional development and training opportunities
• Overseeing the work of the design team and providing feedback & guidance
• Interviewing and assessing job candidates and onboarding new hires

Your profile

• Expert knowledge of web page and application layout strategies
• Extensive design expertise and a deep understanding of design fundamentals such as color theory, typography, iconography and visual hierarchy
• Ability to create aesthetically pleasing designs that provide an outstanding user experience.
• Detailed understanding of CSS, HTML, and JavaScript
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to mentor a team of product ui designers and content creators from other specialisms
• Understanding of usability principles and strong performance analysis skills
