We are looking for a
(Senior) Sales Manager (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Sales Initiatives: Drive high-value sales cycles within the debt purchase and collections space, focusing on large enterprises, financial institutions, and e-commerce companies.
- Own the Revenue Journey: Take full ownership of the sales process—from pipeline generation and stakeholder engagement to complex contract negotiation and deal closure.
- Target and Grow Key Accounts: Identify high-potential partners in Norway and across the Nordics. Lead consultative sales approaches that solve real-world receivables challenges.
- Be a Thought Leader: Represent the company at industry events, roundtables, and client forums. Provide market insights and shape go-to-market strategies with product and marketing teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other commercial areas, marketing, key account management, legal, risk, and operations teams to design tailored debt acquisition and recovery solutions.
- Drive Innovation: Help influence product development by sharing client feedback and identifying emerging trends in financial recovery and debt management.
Qualifications
Your Skills
- Proven Expertise: 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in fintech, debt purchase, collections, or receivables management.
- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of the Swedish and Nordics debt collection regulatory landscape, credit risk, and/or NPL portfolio sales.
- Senior Stakeholder Confidence: Demonstrated ability to engage C-level executives and navigate complex decision-making units.
- Strategic Mindset: Experience with solution selling, challenger sales, or consultative selling methods in high-value transactions.
- Tech-Savvy & Data-Driven: Familiarity with financial technology platforms, CRM systems, and data-centric sales approaches.
- Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
