The Role

This role is a really exciting opportunity to join our Non-Scripted Global Content Team, within Fremantle International. It is responsible for managing programming data from Fremantle companies and independents from around the globe.  An information-heavy role which requires an intelligent, detail-orientated and team-centred person with great communication skills.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Data management and coordination of Non-Scripted programming information
  • Overall responsibility for the Non-Scripted section of the Phoenix database (Fremantle data management system)
  • Tracking new programmes via the Phoenix system
  • Ensuring that programme information is efficiently and accurately updated, to make each programme entry as complete as possible 
  • Responsible for tracking, updating, filing producer pipelines
  • Running trackers and other ad hoc reports when required
  • Ensure the sales teams are kept informed of any key changes

 

Tracking screening material/FremantleScreenings/new programme launches:

  • Sourcing/sharing ratings information for new programme launches
  • Sourcing international TX dates for priority new launches via marketing and sales teams
  • Proactively monitoring FremantleScreenings.com (Fremantle’s programme sales website)
  • To send out screeners/treatments as required

 

Acquisitions support:

  • Assist with the monthly projections process, including creation of content packs, sending out programmes for review in a timely manner
  • Organise and maintain the Global Content programming folders to ensure that the programming information is easily accessible
  • Creating ad hoc reports e.g. PowerPoint presentations, excel reports as requested
  • Support with pre and post market activities including Pre-Mips, Pitch Docs and Post Market Producer Reports
  • Source up-to-date sales reports as required by the non-scripted team
  • Communication of programme updates as and when required

 

Essential Skills:

  • Able to demonstrate a lively interest in factual programming and the broader media industry
  • Highly organised; ability to manage large quantities of data with high attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and use own initiative
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with numbers and able to analyse and clearly interpret data
  • PC skills, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Internet software
  • BA degree desirable
  • Experience in data input and analysis desirable
  • Experience in research a benefit
