Studio Coordinator - DK Living

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Studio Coordinator to join our DK Living team. Sitting at the heart of our publishing workflow, you will coordinate the smooth delivery of jackets, covers and sales materials, ensuring every detail is accurate and every deadline is met.

Working closely with Creative, Sales, Marketing, Production and our colleagues in the UK, US and Delhi, you will be the central link between departments, keeping projects on track, managing schedules and keeping communication clear. Your key responsibilities will include:

In this fast-paced and varied role, you will ensure all jackets, covers and sales materials progress efficiently from initial presentation to final approval. You will manage schedules, coordinate feedback and ensure accuracy at every stage, working with global teams to deliver high-quality results on time.

  • Coordinating the full lifecycle of jackets and sales materials, meeting all agreed deadlines.

  • Acting as the communication hub between Global Sales & Marketing, Creative teams and our Delhi office to ensure workflows remain aligned.

  • Organising and running jacket meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes and following up on actions.

  • Maintaining tracking systems and schedules, providing clear and timely progress updates to stakeholders.

  • Quality checking final covers to ensure specifications, imprints and metadata are correct before release.

  • Supporting the Creative team with tasks such as photoshoot coordination, competition boards and comparative title research.

This role offers the opportunity to gain a deep understanding of the publishing process, working closely with multiple departments and international teams. You will join a supportive, collaborative environment, reporting directly to the Studio Manager and working from the office a minimum of three days a week.
