What's the Role?
We have an exciting opportunity for a Performance Marketing Executive to join our Online Marketplace team.
In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our online marketplace growth strategy. You'll be supporting the team to plan and execute paid search campaigns on Amazon and other international marketplaces to accelerate our growth across online channels and territories.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks
You'll be hands-on with our campaigns, focusing on:

Planning and executing Amazon paid search campaigns across multiple territories.

Monitoring and improving campaign performance, providing ongoing analysis and making recommendations about optimisations to drive growth.

Supporting the wider team with regular reports across Amazon accounts.

Researching market trends and opportunities on Amazon to make suggestions about audience and product targeting strategies.

Working cross-functionally with other teams, including Sales, Marketing, and SEO.

Coordinating our paid activities with wider business priorities and reporting on the implementation and campaigns’ effectiveness.

Staying up to date with Amazon Ads developments and experimenting with new features.
We're looking for someone with a proactive, analytical, and results-oriented mindset who is a great team player. You’ll need strong verbal and written communication, as well as interpersonal skills, and the ability to clearly articulate challenges and solutions to relevant stakeholders. Our ideal candidate will have some experience running paid campaigns on Amazon.
