
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Creative Operations Coordinator to join our DK Living team. Sitting at the heart of our publishing workflow, this role combines strong administrative expertise with creative coordination, ensuring the seamless delivery
of jackets and sales materials. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate records, managing schedules, and supporting the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Working closely with Creative, Sales, Marketing, Production, and colleagues across the UK, US, and Delhi, you will act as the central link between departments, keeping projects on track through effective schedule management, clear communication, and a proactive approach. You’ll help ensure every stage - from concept to completion - runs efficiently and successfully.
Your key responsibilities
In this fast-paced and varied role, you will play a central administrative and coordination function, ensuring all jackets, covers, and sales materials progress efficiently from initial presentation through to final approval. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing schedules, coordinating feedback, and supporting cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results on time.

Overseeing the administrative management of the full lifecycle of jackets and sales materials, ensuring all stages are tracked and deadlines are met.

Acting as the key communication and coordination hub between Global Sales & Marketing, Creative teams, and the Delhi office, maintaining clear workflows and organised information flow.

Organising, scheduling, and administrating jacket meetings, including preparing agendas, documenting minutes, and tracking follow-up actions.

Maintaining and updating tracking systems, databases, and schedules, ensuring all stakeholders receive accurate and timely progress updates.

Managing documentation and version control, ensuring all files, approvals, and metadata are accurately recorded and easily accessible.

Conducting detailed administrative quality checks on final covers, verifying specifications, imprints, and metadata before release.

Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Creative team, including coordinating photoshoots, preparing competition boards, conducting comparative title research, and handling general departmental admin tasks.

This role offers the opportunity to gain a deep understanding of the publishing process, working closely with multiple departments and international teams. You will join a supportive, collaborative environment, reporting directly to the Creative Operations Manager and working from the office a minimum of three days a week.

Salary: Starting from £32,000 depending on how your skills and experience align to the role, plus bonus and benefits
