Are you interested in what happens behind the scenes when a book is created? Are you an excellent communicator with an eye for detail? Do you enjoy working with beautiful pictures, systems and projects?

 

DK are currently recruiting for an Asset Management Assistant who is an enthusiastic team player. You will be responsible for supporting the Media Archive team in the end-to-end management of DK’s media assets from post commissioning stage, through to facilitating re-use. You will be updating asset records, whilst maintaining rights data and contracts information within DK’s internal asset management system. You will also support the Product Archive team with processing content requests whilst ensuring rights have been checked. You will support teams globally and promote best practice. You will have a wide range of stakeholders including DK’s Creative and Sales teams.

 

You’ll need to approach your work with enthusiasm, be confident, flexible and have exceptional organisational skills.
