We are looking for a Student / Temp (m/f/x) for our Income Tracking Team (20 hours/week).
You are an autonomous and quick learner, a committed student or young professional, keen to be part of the world’s fastest growing music company, BMG.

Your Mission

  • You will be supporting our Berlin Income Tracking Department in the daily business and more:
  • Conduct autonomous online research and generate reports in German and English 
  • Meticulous maintenance of lists and databases
  • Take responsibility for data acquisition, cleansing, analysis and evaluation
  • Assistance for our Monitoring Systems 
  • Controlling Source Statements vs. Monitoring data 
  • Prepare claims for collecting societies and our local offices 
  • Support the team in various tasks


Your Profile

  • You are still studying, preferably in the fields of law, music, information technology, mathematics, economics or similar
  • You have already gained office experience in former internship, job or similar training, preferably in data management/copyright/royalty accounting
  • You have very good German and English skills (spoken and written) and an affinity for data and numbers
  • You are proficient in MS Office programs, especially Microsoft Excel
  • You are a highly flexible, unreserved team player, but you are not afraid to move things forward yourself
  • If you can convince us with your well-structured, precise, and target-oriented working style and strong sense of responsibility, we look forward to receiving your application
