Your Mission
As a Royalty Manager, you will work with your colleagues to ensure that our songwriters receive their royalties regularly and promptly. You will be the primary point of contact for all local royalty-related issues with local clients, partners, and other BMG departments & offices.
Your Tasks
- You will be the primary contact for local clients, local partners, and other BMG departments & offices for all local royalty-related topics.
- You will liaise with local societies (Stim, NCB, etc.) regarding incoming statements & files and other subjects such as cessions.
- You will scrutinize all incoming payments and statements for completeness, prepare them for processing, and collaborate with the Central Processing team.
- You will conduct Income Tracking by investigating missing or incorrect income worldwide and file claims to STIM/NCB regarding missing income.
Your Profile
- You must be proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Ideally, you should have experience in administration in the music sector.
- You work with care and in an organized manner.
- Your strengths include a data-driven mindset and analytical thinking.
- You must be self-sufficient and solution-oriented.
- You have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a team.
- You must be highly committed and take the initiative.
- Fluency in Swedish and English (both written and spoken) is required.
- Last but not least - you are passionate about data and music.
