Your Profile

  • You have an interest in music.
  • You have familiarity with a variety of music genres and digital media.
  • You are comfortable working in a team and are a self-starter. 
  • Your time management skills allow you to meet deadlines easily. 
  • You have exceptional attention to detail and the ability to track and follow through on multiple concurrent projects to completion.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Website: design maintenance, blog posts, photography sourcing and editing, organizational tweaks
  • Social media: calendar ideas creation, Facebook posts, Instagram DMs to influencers
  • Online Grammy submissions (seasonal)
  • SoundScan sales tracking, compiling top market lists
  • Weekly invoice coding and reports
  • Monthly ghost card statements and employee expense reports
  • Transporting hard drives or other sensitive materials
  • Mailing packages as needed
  • Car, flight, and hotel bookings for the team
  • Research for potential tour sponsors
  • Research Spotify playlists for potential song adds
  • Label meeting attendance
  • Occasional help for Global department



  • 1+ years’ experience in the music or entertainment space
  • Knowledge of pop music
  • Tech savvy
  • Strong verbal and written skills
