Your Mission at BMG

Your primary mission will be to support the EVP of Latin America & Canada and our label partners in establishing BMG and our artists in Latin America and Canada from our New York City office.


Your Profile

  • Ability to speak Spanish to communicate better with our Latin American label partners
  • Administrative and/or marketing experience is a must
  • Supreme time management and sensitivity to tackling urgent matters across multiple time zones
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Continually evolving internal and external relationships
  • Quick thinking, patience and constant communication
  • Must be available to attend occasional evening showcases/events
  • Ability to multi-task simultaneous projects and meeting tight deadlines
  • Ability to communicate by written or verbal methods with clarity using polished interpersonal skills
  • Precise detail-orientation in preparing reports, documents, and filing
  • Ability to perform confidential tasks and retain sensitive information
  • Ability to self-motivate and self-start with minimal supervision


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Constant coordination and communication between departments and label partners in Latin America and Canada
  • Point person for contact with artist/management concerning all needs in relation to asset deployment, marketing, sales and promotion
  • Point person for internal communication on projects with senior management and BMG international teams
  • Assists with special projects as needed
  • Reporting on sales and market updates
  • Keeping up to date with market and business trends
  • Manage Outlook calendar for the EVP
  • Managing travel itinerary, arranging airport transfers and flight plans and general scheduling for the EVP
  • Schedules meetings, lunches, and events as required.
  • Manage and consolidate expenses for EVP
  • Other duties as assigned



  • Must be able to speak Spanish to communicate better with our Latin American label partners
  • Administrative and/or marketing experience is a must
  • Knowledge of general office equipment and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook)
