Your Profile

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, charismatic music lover with great ears to join the team as a Coordinator, Creative & Business Development. We are looking for a team player to help build strength and traction in the NY area assisting both our sales staff and clients. You will join an established team of some of the industry’s most respected players.


You will need to have experience in the world of licensing for production music, pitching for a music house, or receiving music pitches on behalf of a music house/supervisor. Established relationships within the music area across any media are a plus.


We are seeking a go-getter with exceptional organizational skills coupled with a natural ability for immaculate customer service.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Creating playlists for music searches and pitching to clients.
  • Working closely with in-house creative team to fulfill client music requests.
  • Researching future productions for creative and sales support.
  • Assisting sales staff in vetting and curating of new clients, and maintaining existing clients
  • Managing creative input from clients, staff, market trends/needs and other sources to provide feedback for sales staff and music production team.
  • Referring new artists/composers to production team.
  • Attending events and gatherings to meet and build relations.


Must Haves

Candidate should possess a strong knowledge of production music, as well as have a wide pool of general music knowledge. Music theory is a plus. Communication will be one of your strongest skills, and you must have great critical listening skills. Creativity and outstanding organization are key skills required to field our fast-paced workflow.


  • Minimum 2 years of experience at a production music library and, in sync licensing, or receiving pitches for a music house/music supervisor.
  • Great verbal and written communication skills.
  • High school diploma or GED, business school/college credits preferred.
  • Is a dependable team player and has the ability to multi-task well.
  • Connects well with other departments to foster open communication and department awareness.
  • You are a self-starter who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and unphased by deadline sensitive projects.
