Your Mission at BMG.

You will be supporting the driving frontline business of BMG West Coast. Your primary mission is to manage and coordinate e-commerce stores and recorded releases for several clients and to support the Recorded team on expanding the existing e-commerce business. This will include day-to-day communication and coordination with clients, vendors and fulfillment partners. Additional responsibilities will include inventory and store management, acting as an interface between internal and external stakeholders.

  • You have a high interest in the e-commerce business and its current development.
  • You are keen on gaining an overview of different aspects on the business.
  • You think analytically, but approach tasks with a creative and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Your excellent time management skills allow you to meet deadlines easily. 
  • You have exceptional attention to detail and the ability to track and follow through on multiple concurrent projects to completion and reporting progress and results.

 

What You’ll Be Doing.

  • Day-to-day coordination and communication with existing clients
  • Product management for e-commerce stores
  • Supporting new recorded releases, aligned with e-commerce activations
  • Inventory and store management of several e-commerce stores
  • Execute store visual presentation aligned with clients and specific deliverables
  • Executing concepts and visions for new product lines with existing and new vendors
  • Monitoring inventory and sales figures, translating into consumer concepts

 

Must-Haves.

  • Very good understanding of the e-commerce / retail industry
  • Previous experience in e-commerce retail / fashion
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Desired Skills

  • Knowledge of data analytic and graphic tools
  • Understanding of fulfillment processes
  • Social Media Strategy and Digital Marketing experience
