Your Profile

  • Candidate should possess a strong knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem.
  • Experience and knowledge of the music industry a must. Editing skills desirable
  • Communication will be one of your strongest skills. Creativity is a key talent required to assist in the success of the team. 
  • You’re a trustworthy, dependable team player and possess the ability to multi-task. 

 

What You’ll Be Doing 

  • Support to SVP US, Sales Team and BMGPM Production Team
  • Developing and managing US marketing calendar and ensuring timeliness of deliverables and scheduling. 
  • Management of digital presence, implementation of social media strategies and updates to websites. 
  • Support to sub-publisher marketing collateral requests. 
  • Managing media contacts and press releases.
  • Implementing monthly newsletter campaigns, coordinating with territory representatives for US and global calendars. 
  • Tracking new client database and maintaining updated email lists. 
  • Preparing marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data from social media and email marketing. 
  • Designing and managing promotional materials, coordinating with graphics partner and managing graphics projects.
  • Creating and coordinating cutting edge client events.
  • Overseeing development of graphic content/artwork for US catalogs and promoting BMGPM Artist series.
  • Scheduling optimized social media assets across US channels (Instagram, FB, and Vimeo.) 
  • Developing and managing the marketing budget.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Adobe Suite is a plus, Basecamp, Hootsuite, Email Marketing, Social Media knowledge, Photography, Marketing Research, Analytics, Communication, Coordination, Organization, Project Management, Reporting Research Results, Process Improvement, Initiative, Planning, Financial Skills
  • Maintain open communication lines with the head of global marketing to ensure cohesiveness with brand and global sensibilities.

 

Must-Haves

  • Minimum 4 years digital marketing experience or portfolio equivalent 
  • Great verbal and written communication skills. 
  • High school diploma or GED, communication/college credits preferred. 
  • You’re a trustworthy, dependable team player and possess the ability to multi-task. 
  • Experience and knowledge of the music industry a must. Editing skills desirable
