Contract type: Part-time role of 25 hours per week
Contract duration: 6 months, starting in March 2022. 
Preferred schedule: Monday – Friday from 10am to 3pm.
Salary: Minimum London Living Wadge 
Location: Merchant Square 5, W2 1AS

YOUR MISSION AT BMG

In the UK Repertoire & Marketing department we work with some of our most established publishing clients, finding new ways to connect them with their audiences. We work on a global scale, interacting with all departments from digital to legal and synch. 

 

You will work on many admin/behind-the-scenes tasks and will provide the team with data and market insights that will help them create the best opportunities for our writers and artists. 

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Preparing presentations that outline  data and initiatives for internal and external use.
  • Maintain calendar with relevant dates like releases, anniversaries, tours, etc. Flag relevant dates to team.
  • Assist the team with market research and reporting 
  • Accommodate guest list spots/tickets for task force writers/artists’ shows 
  • Support team with admin like getting expenses, restaurants/hotels bookings, etc. 
  • Prepare meeting agendas and follow-up notes.
  • Liaising with writers and managements to set up meetings, get audio files, etc. 
  • Organising departmental communications

From 2022, all employees will be working on our hybrid working model. Kickstart employees will be required to come into our Paddington office (W2 1AS) at least 4 days per week, however, our approach will remain flexible where necessary. Our employee's health and safety is our top priority!
