Consultant - Digital Marketing

Your Mission at BMG.

We are looking for a super-star Digital Marketeer to join our Production Music office in Shoreditch on a freelance basis until December 2019.

You will be responsible for the marketing strategy, planning and implementation of BMG Production Music’s digital channels. Not only will you be integral in building the digital channels and assets for BMG PM, but also be the gatekeeper of branding, content and promotion of the channels, coordinating and creating marketing assets and managing global and local campaigns.

Your Responsibilities.

  • Develop marketing plans and content strategy for our digital channels, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, paid media, websites and online stores
  • Contribute original ideas to drive listeners to our digital channels
  • Write and implement content calendars for digital channels, as well as community management.
  • Curate and design visual assets for marketing and promotion
  • Audit and optimize our digital channels on an ongoing basis.
  • Coordinate and manage global playlist campaigns together with local territories and markets
  • Analysis: Study the numbers and work against set performance indicators
  • Gather intel: In your constant day-to-day activity, become part of the brain-trust that knows all that there is to know on streaming platforms.
  • Report on overall performance of campaigns and work with the playlist curation team to improve numbers together


Your Profile.

  • Experience implementing marketing plans, understanding the latest in social media and content marketing.
  • An impressive technical creative skill set including Adobe Creative Suite and HTML experience.
  • A passion for all kinds of music, from Hip Hop to Contemporary Classical
  • A feel for what’s going on across all streaming platforms and an understanding of user listening habits
  • A self-starter, not afraid to independently set daily targets and exceed them.
  • Ability to understand analytics and turn your knowledge into results
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
