Intern (f/m/d) Global Frontline Recordings


We are looking for an Intern (f/m/d) to join our Global Frontline Recordings team in our corporate headquarter in Berlin for six months. In this role, you will have a unique opportunity to learn the processes of setting up, creating and implementing marketing and promotional strategies on an international scale. You will gain experience in a fast-paced and global entertainment industry, sharpening your organizational skills and interacting with colleagues who hold a variety of positions in the music business. This position is part of a team that acts as a liaison between different departments, in multiple territories, and with a variety of cultures. Good communication skills are a must.


Your Mission

  • Creation and maintenance of release-, asset-, and communication overviews and schedules
  • Request of promo-event updates from PR-teams in multiple international markets and maintenance of internal systems
  • Appointment scheduling and e-mail processing
  • Asset collection and upload to different platforms
  • Creation, send-out and management of approval processes for monthly newsletters 
  • Product set-up in cooperation with our Supply Chain team
  • Administrative support
  • Further responsibilities assigned based on candidates experience and performance


Your Profile

  • You gained first work experience through internships, in giving administrative support and/or in the music business.
  • You have strong people and communication skills as well as a talent for organization.
  • As a self-confident individual, you think ahead and don’t wait around for people to tell you what to do.
  • You don’t lose track of tasks, even on a busy day, and can support your colleagues at the same time.
  • All common MS-Office programs (especially Excel, Outlook and Teams) are easy for you to master. Experience with Mailchimp and/or June is a plus.
  • Your working style is very structured and accurate and you have an eye for detail.
  • You are fluent in English (written & spoken) and are able to communicate in German. Any other European language skills are a plus.
