Farnborough

£25,030 pa + benefits + pension

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Customer Compalints Team in Farnborough.

 

Your challenge: 

As the voice of BMW Group UK, you’ll be looking to exceed the customer’s expectations with every call. We’ll be looking for you to resolve diverse queries via telephone and many other channels – going the extra mile for customers as you understand their needs and rapidly resolve any issues. We need people who can listen, think and act in a truly professional manner

You’ll quickly develop expert product knowledge and build a great working relationship across our network.

 

Your background:

Ideally with experience of working in retail or a contact centre, you’ll be committed to delivering outstanding customer service and meeting strict deadlines. You’ll bring plenty of initiative, excellent IT skills (including the Microsoft Office suite) and proven flair for negotiating. If you’re confident on social media, the phone and are comfortable corresponding via email, with an engaging manner, we’ll provide all the training you need. Our client encourages ongoing development with bespoke training and self-development.

To be considered, you’ll need:
 

  • Previous experience with complaint handling in a pressurised Customer Service environment
  • Able to work on your initiative and in a team
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills with a confident and professional telephone manner.
  • Strong negotiation skills
