Senior Back-end Java Developer

We are looking for

SENIOR BACK-END JAVA DEVELOPER

General responsibilities:

√   Write well-designed, efficient and reusable code for a future use

√   Identify and analyse user requirements

     √   Write code for maximum speed and scalability. Each customer stores millions of media assets in our systems. Each asset can be in the petabyte range

√   Write a secure code for maximum data protection. The customer's data can be the next blockbuster

√   Implement solutions that can run natively on the cloud, as well as locally

             √   Contribute to architecture and design of components in Java, testing strategy, deployments to test, integration and production systems

√   Prioritize, assign and execute tasks throughout the software development life cycle

√   Review, test and debug team members’ code, as well as support junior and intermediate resources

√   Design database architecture

Job requirements:

    √ Skills and technologies that are relevant, although not all are requirements (we strongly believe in people who have the right base knowledge and are quick learners): Java EE, SQL/ORM, Dropwizard/Spring Boot,  Jersey/Json, Spring Framework, Docker/Kubernetes, Maven/Gradle, Groovy, Git, Rest API, ActiveMQ/ArtemisMQ, DevOps skills

√  Experience designing, building and testing Java EE applications

√  Experience with Object-Oriented Design (OOD) & Design Patterns

√  Good delegation and time management skills

√  Problem-solving abilities

√  Good/Basic knowledge of OAuth paradigms

√  Experience designing, building, testing Java EE applications

     √  Creative person who wants to drive the company and products that you are working on

     √  Driven and independent person who enjoys new challenges and learning new techniques and tools

     √  Work experience as a Senior Java Developer or similar role

 √   Fluency in English language

 √   Strong team player skills, communication and interpersonal skills: kind, friendly and cooperative
