German Speaking Internal Sales Support

 

General responsibilities:

  • Significantly responsible for the independent preparation of quotations and order processing for complex IT solutions.
  • Actively take care of our customers and prospects and support our sales and account managers in generating additional business in the existing customer environment
  • Support the internal bid team in complex, public bidding situations in multi-stage bidding processes for our potential customers
  • Control and manage the creation process within the framework of the offer situation in the existing business on your own responsibility and involve the necessary hierarchies and committees.
  • Create presentations, reports and assist with correspondence with our clients.
  • Responsible for the appointment coordination and monitoring as well as the maintenance of customer data in MS CRM as well as SAP.


Job requirements:

  • Degree in business administration or similar from a university of applied sciences or a university of applied sciences or a completed vocational training in an ITrelated or commercial field.
  • Fluent command of German, which enables you to read, understand and, if necessary, correct German offer and contract texts. Also having good English skills and project management experience is a plus.
  • Professional experience in a comparable position.
  • Knowledge of sales and quotation processes and have an affinity for sales topics.
  • A distinctive customer-oriented way of thinking and acting as well as a serviceoriented way of working.
  • Command of the current MS Office programs.
  • Oganizational skills as well as independent and structured way of working.
  • Profile is rounded off by reliability, a strong sense of responsibility as well as flexibility and initiative.
