As the Strategic Partner Manager, you will play a vital role in retaining, growing, and diversifying the value delivered to our partners. In this role you will conduct business with a proactive management style, gain a deep understanding of our partners’ business goals, and translate data into compelling stories and actionable insights. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record and specialize in managing business within the IT Services sector with a focus on eCommerce Products, and Cloud Projects (e.g., MS Azure and AWS). You will be expected to track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends to management and to our partners. You will manage the client relationships and collaborate with our partners to produce new leads internally and externally.

Role and Responsibilities:



  • Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management
  • Identify and source partnership opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails and client visits
  • Research partners, identify key players and generate interest

Partner Management

  • Collaborate with senior management, marketing and sales to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships
  • Initiate the operational groundwork alongside partners that eventually leads to the finalization of contracts and drive revenue growth
  • Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization - you will represent our brand and be our partners’ liaison
  • Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships
  • Keep a great ongoing relationship with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership
  • Provide recommendations for business direction, communicate trends, and formulate new ideas to present to the organization.
  • Communicate opportunities to Sales to maximize referrals, co-sell and resell opportunities and engage sales to develop opportunities and pipeline


  • Willingness and ability to travel 25% of the time.


Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or relevant field
  • 5 years or more of experience in SaaS Partnerships, Business Development, Sales or Customer Success
  • Experience in collaborating with marketing and sales team, to produce leads
  • Business understanding of Microsoft Azure, AWS, and other cloud-based eCommerce solutions.
  • Ability to translate partner value across various levels, such as executive, operational, creative, media, and analytics teams
  • Strong team player and ability to succeed in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment while maintaining high levels of operational rigor, digital acumen, and business excellence


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Established industry relationships and experience working with executive level business and marketing leaders within client organizations
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals
