Sales Manager (Commerce)

As the Sales Manager, you will have an opportunity to lead the sales process from identification, qualification, and closure. You will articulate and craft implementation proposals with support from our internal team and experts. You will be primarily responsible for managing and generating new opportunities resulting in increased revenue. We prefer candidates that use a consultative sales approach. You should have a proven track record and expertise selling IT Implementation Services specifically within the eCommerce and/or ERP sector.


Roles and Responsibilites:


Lead Generation


  • Research and develops list of potential clients including identifying, locating and qualifying new leads.
  • Establish and maintain industry and partner contacts
  • Translate company solutions into meaningful business opportunities for current and prospective clients.
  • Cultivate strong business relationships within the sales region, identify sales opportunities with new clients across many industries.
  • Attend training and associated workshops to increase product knowledge and to stay abreast of company and partner products, services, and pricing as well as familiarity with competitor products and pricing




  • Manage existing pipeline and assume revenue and bottom-line responsibility
  • Act as a solutions expert consultant in helping clients with their unique and critical business issues and strategic initiatives.
  • Successfully represent the company and communicate the benefits of our solutions
  • Understand prospect's requirements and translate those needs to internal staff and partners
  • Lead meetings and sales presentations with the key decision-making executives of target customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals




  • Willingness and ability to travel 35% of the time.


Qualification and Educational Requirments:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or relevant field
  • Minimum of 3 years in Sales and Business Development
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience within enterprise IT services industry and lead generation
  • Solid industry relationships and sales network
  • Ability to build valuable relationships based on consultation and trust
  • Strong technical, analytical, and business skills
  • Self-motivated, independent, and dynamic drive
  • Proven history of exceeding quota and objectives
  • Flexible and proven team player capable of delivering value in a start­up like environment


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience with C-Level client relationships
  • Experience leading a team and collaborating with cross-functional and cross-organizational teams.
  • Retail and consumer product industry experience
