Software Packager (application deployment)

Scope:

• Packaging and distribution of software products using modern scripting languages

• Working with common software distribution solutions such as Microsoft Intune and RealmJoin

• Improving and optimising software distribution processes

• Analysing and rectifying faults in new and existing software packages

• Documenting software packages with the help of a workflow system

• Carrying out functional tests of new software packages

• Technical collaboration in projects

Requirements:

• Successfully completed training as an IT specialist (or comparable) or successfully completed an IT degree

• Relevant certifications or completed training courses are nice, but not mandatory

• A high level of technical understanding of software packaging

• Creation of software packages and knowledge of scripting or programming languages (Powershell or other)

• Good knowledge of software deployment and integration technologies

• Experience in performing error analyses of software packages and troubleshooting in Windows environments

• Technical knowledge of packaging tools and procedures

• Independent, structured and careful way of working

• Very good knowledge of German and English
