Identity Infrastructure Administrator

 

Scope:

  • As part of the Identity Infrastructure Management Team to perform various system administration and support tasks including but not limited to:
    • Various Tasks maintaining O365 Services and hybrid Identities (especially Tenant Management)
    • You are part of the planning, build and maintenance of ADDS on premise and hybrid environments in enterprise surroundings (Tier 0 Level)
    • Analyzing and debugging of ADDS infrastructures (replication, DNS, ADFS, AAD connect and PKI)
    • Participation in exciting projects (e.g., security improvements, identity access management, azure ad, cloud connectivity and ESAE)
    • Hardening of servers and maintaining the servers to a known and consistent standard.
    • Monitoring system status with respect to memory, CPU, and storage utilization.
  • Analyze, log, archive, track, prioritize and resolve both common and complex system matters in a timely manner and escalate when necessary.
    • Disaster Recovery
    • Security incidents
    • Communication problems (network, domain…)
  • Ticket based working, categorized in incidents and service requests
  • Ensure all open tickets are attended to and closed according to agreed service levels and prescribed standard processes and ensure that clients are kept well informed of the progress made on outstanding tickets with issues.
  • Write, test, and implement scripts to automate tasks using PowerShell
  • Maintain and update configuration scripts, hardening checklist, and security policy.
  • Recommend permanent and temporary solutions and next course of action to resolve problems and issues. Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and document RCA-based corrective action.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to the installation, administration, and maintenance of our active directory infrastructures
  • Work closely with team members and associated companies in other regions to resolve support issues.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Electronic & Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Great knowledge in maintaining bigger active directory environments and Windows Server OS (2012-current) topics
  • Good practical experience in areas like ADDS, Azure AD and Windows certificate management
  • Have intermediate-expert understanding and/or experience with:
    • Familiar with Service Management tools (Ticketing and Monitoring).
    • Familiar with different Cloud technology mainly Azure
    • PowerShell Know How
  • Certifications in Microsoft technologies such as MCSA or MCSE is an added advantage.
  • Must be familiar with operation support on a global scale. Knowledge of information security and ITIL processes is preferable.
  • Flexible and willing to work in dynamic environment with client-driven projects and run-and-maintain business operations. Candidates are expected to communicate and collaborate with clients and colleagues in EU, North America and/or Asia-Pacific regularly.
  • Have solid analytical, interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.
  • Independent, self-disciplined, self-organized, and able to learn and work under/with minimum supervision.
  • German language skills
