Position Summary: 

Arvato Supply Chain Solutions is hiring detail oriented Pickers, Packers and Putaway personnel to accurately and efficiently pick and pack customer orders for our clients and putway inventory. This role requires the ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment as well as the ability to use a computer.  You will receive and verify customer product and accurately update in the computer, as well as label products correctly, and help research receiving issues in database as needed. These are first shift positions working Monday - Friday.  Holidays and over time, including weekends, will also be required as needed.  Must be flexible to work up to 12 hours per day when needed. 


Putaway schedule:  6:20am - 3pm

Picking schedule:  8:30am-5pm

Packing schedule:  9:30 am - 6pm


Overall Responsibilities:  

  • Assist in managing RF queue for the most efficient productivity
  • Achieve daily goals for each area
  • Communicate throughout the day with team lead
  • Follow and maintain 7s Program and guidelines


Job Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of previous work experience, preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing type of environment
  • High School Diploma or equivalent education


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills and  the ability to use a keyboard, monitor, RF scanner and calculator


Physical Demands & Work Environment:

  • Stand, bend, stoop, lift, and walk majority of your shift
  • Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment
  • Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs
  • Must be able to work in a non-climate controlled  warehouse environment with moderate to loud noise levels

  • Protect company assets, systems, proprietary and confidential information in accordance with arvato Confidentiality policy and Corporate Information Security Policies and Procedures.
  • Proactively report actual or suspected ethics and compliance violations, vulnerabilities, security incidents and breaches in the confidentiality, integrity or availability of Information assets as per the Company’s Incident Reporting Process.
  • Process personal data, client data and employer business specific data in accordance with customer contracts, company guidelines and federal and state requirements.
