Junior Account Manager

 

Arvato Supply Chain Solutions is hiring a customer obsessed and relationship driven Junior Account Manager to help manage our services for a leading Hi Tech Client and help lead a team of Client Service Representatives. In this role, you will have P&L ownership, supervise program execution and changes to the scope of the program. Maintaining a good communication and working relationship with clients and key decision makers internally within the organization is critical to the success of the company and the client’s expectations.  You will also serve as a liaison between the client’s expectations and the operational output to meet or exceed established SLA’s.  Success in this role will be determined by achieving key targets related to financial performance, timely service, scope control and growth. 


Overall Responsibilities:

  • Financial reporting of each client, including gathering data for invoicing, preparing invoices, forecasting to operations and finance on monthly volumes, and participating in the annual budgeting process
  • Providing quality and efficient customer service through the daily management of a team of Client Service Representatives to include motivating, recognizing and rewarding, coaching, counseling, training and problem solving
  • Review Customer SOW’s, ensure SLAs are met and monitor daily activities, weekly Scorecard, provide recommendations to improve P&L for programs on a monthly basis
  •  Implementation of new process through the supply chain and drive continuous improvements to meet quality standards
  • Coordinate with Operations and production teams to develop production schedules to meet customer expectations and deadlines
  • Manage daily/weekly calls to communicate status and situation regarding launch and projects.
  • RFQ/RFP Procedure                     
  • Manage Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Invoicing of activities
  • Issue price books
  • Monthly EBIT reviews

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of five years Customer Service Management/Account Management experience, preferably in a Supply Chain environment
