Inventory Analyst Lead

Position Summary:

You are responsible for maintaining contact with both internal and external customers, provide customer with requested information, act as a liaison between the customer and internal personnel, and ensure that special requirements are executed as requested.


Overall Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for maintaining cycle count records and customer report files obtained from multiple SAP systems, handle special projects and day to day activities related to client requests, and carry on daily communication with Inventory Control Supervisor, Manager and Cycle Counters.  You will problem solve and find root cause analysis, prepare and provide on a daily and weekly basis, reports; documentation relevant to inventory, productivity and summaries, maintain inventory integrity and lead consolidation efforts, research variances and discrepancies. You'll also be the liaison between all internal customers as it relates to inventory transactions in 3 systems, monitor incoming components and Finished Goods, conduct large quantity variance investigations and complete audit documentation, conduct cycle counter training, assignment of tasks and maintaining inventory control documentation which includes creating new and reviewing approved procedures. 


Job Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Ability to reconcile complex inventory discrepancies.
  • Strong knowledge with PC Based spreadsheets and programs.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 3+ Years hands on experience in  SAP, Word and Excel


Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Detailed knowledge and familiarity in the warehouse environment
  • PC Literate with Word, Excel, Access, SharePoint and Outlook
  • 3+Years of Data Entry
