Client Account Representative

 

Arvato Supply Chain Solutions is hiring a highly organized and customer obsessed Client Account Representative to maintain contact and provide requested information with internal and external customers.  In this role, you will be responsible for managing BOM (Bill of Material), product life cycle, pricing, procurement, and product status.  You will also prepare and maintain status reports, modify schedules/plans as required, prepare project reports for management, clients, or internal customers.  This is a great opportunity to leverage your ability to provide technical guidance and problems solving skills to ensure that special client requirements are executed as requested. 

 

Additional responsibilities:

 

  • Oversee customer accounts to ensure service level agreements are met, while maintaining reports as required by our customer
  • Work closely with Operations to ensure program requirements are met on a daily basis
  • Prepare for and participate in quarterly business reviews with our customers
  • Monitor processes related to customer specific requirements and ensure that Service Level Agreements and client confidentiality of all projects are maintained

 

Job Requirements:

  • At least two years of customer service experience
  • At least two years of experience operating in a Microsoft Office environment with an emphasis utilizing Microsoft Excel

 

Preferred qualifications and key traits

  • Supply Chain Experience is strongly preferred
  • College degree preferred but not required
  • Solid analytical ability
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective management of time and multi-tasking
  • Ability to work independently and with others
  • Must display initiative and flexibility to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • May require minimal travel on occasion
