Account Rep


Arvato Supply Chain Solutions is hiring a customer obsessed and relationship driven Account Manager to manage our services for a leading Hi Tech Client and lead a team of Client Service Representatives. In this role, you will have P&L ownership, supervise program execution and changes to the scope of the program. Maintaining a good communication and working relationship with clients and key decision makers internally within the organization is critical to the success of the company and the client’s expectations.  You will also serve as a liaison between the client’s expectations and the operational output to meet or exceed established SLA’s.  Success in this role will be determined by achieving key targets related to financial performance, timely service, scope control and growth.  

Overall Responsibilities: 


  • You will be in charge of order management for both international and domestic, since when order is placed until have it delivered, monitoring inventory movements and processes related to customer specific requirements, follow up to ensure program requirements are met, provide customer support, and track material in transit to provide accurate status.  
  • Service Delivery Representatives also work closely with operations such as inbound, picking and packing and outbound to ensure SLA's are met on a daily basis, as well as, prepare for and participate in quarterly business reviews with the customer.
  • In this role, you will also manage BOM (Bill of Materials), product life cycle, pricing, procurement, and product status. You will also prepare and maintain status reports, modify schedules, prepare project reports for management, clients, or others. 
  • You will also be responsible for assisting the Account Manager in providing technical advice and resolving problems, overseeing the customer account to ensure SLA’s (service level agreements are met and create and maintain reports as required by the customer.


Minimum Requirements

•            3+ years of Customer Service Experience

•            Computer literate in Microsoft Office, including intermediate level in Excel

Preferred Qualifications and Key Traits 

•            Customer Service experience and SAP knowledge a preferred

•            3PL or Logistics experience required
