Junior Project Manager

Arvato Supply Chain Solutions is hiring a customer obsessed and relationship driven Junior Project Management Associate to join our team. In this role, you will work with our Account Management team as well as our Executive team. You will work on initiatives, internal projects, research and analytical work for our clients and internal team.

Overall responsibilities:

You will help complete business reviews, innovation and strategic review, meeting prep and presentations. You will compose and present decks for our team.

In this role, you will be able to leverage your analytic skills, presentation and communication skills to present new concepts to a global audience with cultural diversity. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to negotiate and provide alternative solutions to complex problems and operate effectively in a complex organization through influence and collaboration. You will use your expertise and experience train internal employees.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1 year experience with arvato SAP
• 1 year experience training internal arvato employees
• 1 year of Customer Service Management/Account Management

Preferred Qualifications and Work Environment:

• Data Science or Analytics Degree
• Advanced Excel skills
• Working Knowledge of SAP
• Ability to work in demanding, problem solving oriented environment
