Education Experience: Training (e.g. IT specialist, BPM) or studies in the area of economics, (Business) Information Technology

 

General professional knowledge:

• User expertise in Microsoft Office products

• Programming experience in an object-oriented programming language (e.g. ABAP/OO, JAVA)

• Experience in shaping printer forms

• Knowledge of the layout product Adobe Reader desirable

• Basic SQL knowledge

• Knowledge of methods for ITIL and DevOps in theory, with practical experience desirable

• Capacity for teamwork and reliable standard of work

• Good analytical thinking

• Pronounced soft skills in a customer support (mainly customer focus)

• Knowledge in one of the products: Smartforms/SAPscript/Adobe Forms

• Experience with SAP modules SD/WM

 

Industry knowledge and customer focus:

• Learning the specific nature of customers, and incorporating this knowledge into expertise

• Responding to customer needs as part of existing customer relations

 

Work Experience:

Ideally one to two years in a relevant IT environment

 

Main tasks:

• Handling specific and simple form changes based on customer requests

• Changing the existing ERP programming based on project-specific customer requirements

• Testing and documenting developments

• Accepting their own, clearly defined areas of responsibility

• Assisting inexperienced colleagues

• Induction in the relevant topics

• Actively developing their own expertise

 

Interaction/communication:

• Coordinating and providing advice on specialist topics, mainly with similar units

• Contributing to the discussion of topics in department internal working groups

 

Complexity:

• Tasks/problems are handled using standard procedures and processes
