Position Summary:


Arvato Supply Chain Solutions is hiring a self-motivated and entrepreneurial-minded Global Account Director to join our growing team! In this role you will focus on Account Management & Development and Financial ownership. The Global Account Director will have full ownership for client engagement. You will own the Quarterly Business Reviews with key customers giving feedback on key Supply Chain elements such as Scorecard Results, Corrective Actions, Market Trends and future initiatives. You will be direct line management for account managers operating on global basis in different countries.


The Global Account Director will lead business development initiatives with the client and oversee RFQ’s related to this client. You will create scalable environment to on-board additional business streams within the unit while also creating scalable environments to on-board additional business streams within the unit.


Technical Competencies

  • A track record of successful business relationship management at a global level.
  • The role requires an individual who understands how to get things done in a large, complex organization through influence and collaboration.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and provide alternative solutions to complex problems.
  • Strong information management, analytical skills and project management skills (process improvement & change management).
  • Ability to create strong client presentations.
  • Strong ability to present new concepts to a wide global audience with cultural diversity, communicate clearly and concisely across all communication settings.
  • Significant experience or progressive responsibility in large, complex organization with relevant Supply Chain experience, ideally in Tech/Consumer Electronics environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of managing inbound and outbound supply chain in a multichannel environment
