Customer Liaison Coordinator

Overall Responsibilities:

 

In this role you will be responsible for being the point of contact for our client’s customer base, specifically the data center and engineering teams. You will get to coordinate with internal stakeholders and management to ensure timely response and action to customer queries and escalations. The Customer Liasion Coordinator will engage and coordinate with the order management team to ensure we meet customer deployment and delivery need by dates. You will provide customers with requested information and act as a liaison between the customer and internal personnel while ensuring that special order requirements are coordinated with the operational and order management teams. You will hold the relationship and bridge the client and operations team.

 

Other responsibilities include assisting the Account Manager in providing advice and resolving problems, overseeing the customer account to ensure SLA’s (service level agreements) meet or exceed requirements, along with creating and maintaining reports as required for the customer. You will also act as back up for Projects coordinator.

 

Minimum Requirements:

 

  • 3 years of Customer Service Experience
  • 1 year experience with Microsoft Office and Excel
  • 1 year experience 3PL, Logistics, or warehouse experience required

 

 

Preferred Qualifications and Key Traits:

 

  • SAP knowledge a preferred
  • Project management experience a plus
  • Experience in creating and giving presentations an advantage
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work overtime as required
  • Travel – minimal
