To support our continuous growth we are looking for a fulltime Recruitment Coordinator who is ‘on it’! Our candidate journey begins with you! You are the first person our candidates get in touch with. For that reason alone, you are the most important ‘business card’ we add to the Arvato Family. Together with your team of Corporate Recruiters, you put the candidate experience first and coordinate the recruitment process.

You are an administrative miracle worker and don’t shy away from ad hoc tasks. You are always looking to work even more efficiently within the process. We stimulate initiative, ownership and creative ideas. There will be focus on self-development and, as member of the Arvato Family, you will receive plenty of coaching and support from your team(lead).


Futhermore you are responsible for

  • You are the analytical mastermind of the team. By leading our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) daily you will ensure candidate information is updated regularly and keep track of the application processes;
  • Scheduling interviews and feedback calls in the Dutch and English language (since we are an international organization) for the Corporate Recruiters; 
  • Providing the best support possible for our applicant is part of your daily tasks. You bring the candidate experience to a higher level!; 
  • You will support the recruiters in successfully and continuously improving our recruitment processes;
  • Other administrative projects like registering for the onboarding, keeping tracking of our mailbox, writing job ads, informing the candidates about the next steps and more cool project to come!    


What you will bring to the table

We are looking for an ambitious recruitment administrator who is able to support Arvato’s growth by being the best brand ambassador. You are at a stage in your career where you have a strong desire to further develop your existing experience, abilities and skill set in a dynamic environment. The following are some of the key skills, attributes and experience that we would like to see:

  • You preferably have completed an education in a relevant direction (HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing) on vocational (MBO) or Bachelor level;
  • You are a real organizational talent and radiate calmness in dynamic situations;
  • Communication is your strength: you are confident and accurate in English and Dutch, both orally and in writing;
  • You have a hands-on mentality and don’t shy away from new initiatives;
  • When you see changes to improve processes, you take them;
  • You feel comfortable in IT environments/landscapes and you are used to organizing your daily tasks within these digital platforms (HRIS/ATS).


What we offer

We offer you a challenging, independent (and don’t forget fun) full-time position with sufficient development opportunities. We have a non-contributory pension, which means on average you will have more net salary compared to other companies! In addition, we offer:


  • A competitive salary between €2,200,- and €2.991,- per month;
