Key Account Director

Arvato Financial Solutions  is looking for a Key Account Director to join our team in Seattle. We are a rapidly growing global organization that offers a great opportunity for someone interested in further developing their career. The Key Account Director will have operations and management responsibilities under the guidance of the Senior Vice President of AFS.


In this position, the right candidate will manage and develop the relationship with a global e-commerce leader. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with excellent critical thinking, financial and analytical skills. This candidate must possess solid interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Role and Responsibilities

  • Manage and strengthen the relationship with the client and stakeholders
  • Understand the business, provide strategic analysis and make compelling recommendations
  • Assist in gathering client feedback, define processes and identify best practices
  • Serve as escalation point, resolve client issues and complaints
  • Personalized follow-ups with contacts at all steps of the projects: prospecting, negotiations, closing and invoicing
  • Partner with SMEs from cross-functional teams to support the account
  • Drive partner performance to maximize value
  • Prepare, develop and execute account strategy plans.
  • Assist the AFS Senior Vice President with strategic projects
  • Generate quarterly business review and ensure proper documentation
  • Other duties as assigned to meet business needs


Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Account Management, Business, Finance, IT or relevant field
  • MST degree preferred
  • Background in financial services preferred
  • Experience in managing large accounts and/or IT projects
  • Demonstrated consulting, leadership and client management skills
  • Proven experience in retaining and expanding accounts

Success in this position requires the ability to build a strong partnership with the client and frequent communication with peers and management. These relationships must be built on respect, integrity, cooperation, teamwork and professionalism.
