Customer Service Advisor - Glasgow City Centre

Start Date: 17th May 2021 (immediate interviews available)

 

We are currently recruiting for experienced Customer Service Advisors to join our growing team of dedicated people.

Arvato Financial Solutions is growing rapidly and we are looking for hardworking and self-motivated individuals to join our busy Contact Centre team in Glasgow City Centre.  As a Customer Service Advisor, you should be able to demonstrate good negotiation and objection handling skills, empathy, assertiveness, tact, resilience and have the ability to relate to people from a variety of different backgrounds.

 

You will be provided with 6 weeks training in which you will be office based to ensure your success in this role.

The role:

You will speak to our customers and help them to achieve the best outcome by using your listening skills to establish their financial circumstances and negotiate repayment plans that are both sustainable and affordable.

 

We have full time permanent positions available (40 hours per week), working hours are 9am – 6pm Monday to Friday. 

 

Experience within collections, credit management or customer services is required. Full training will be provided on joining. 

 

What you will require:

  • Clear CRB/DBS check and a satisfactory Credit Check
  • Full and satisfactory references
  • Confident with the ability to work well under pressure and excellent communications skills
