Responsible for managing assigned programs in support of business objectives to ensure account’s satisfaction with services. This responsibility encompasses a variety of activities that require consistent directing, planning, scheduling and tracking of tasks.
Your Tasks
- Project Management: Document and obtain sign-off on project requirements.
- Project Planning: Maintain and update the project plan, both internally and with the client.
- Timely Delivery: Ensure quality production and timely delivery of the project.
- Meeting Notes: Maintain detailed meeting notes and share them with the client.
- Process Documentation: Create and maintain documentation to ensure smooth project execution, including during absences.
- Corrective Actions: Address any issues proactively and issue corrective actions as needed.
- Billing and Collections: Manage client billing and initial follow-up on collections.
- Contract Knowledge: Ensure familiarity with contract details and have them readily accessible.
- Project and Budget Management: Understand the project's scope and budget constraints.
- Business Reviews: Conduct business reviews, including Cost Performance Indicators (CPIs).
- Change Management: Handle change management processes effectively.
- Estimate Projects: Provide estimates for new projects for submission to Account Managers (AMs).
- Issue Management: Track and resolve issues, and close the loop with the client.
- Internal Escalation: Manage internal escalations effectively.
- Project Processes: Have a good understanding of back-end and collaborate with IT for their processes related to the project.
- New Implementations: Oversee new implementations as part of the project.
- Quality Check: Ensure that proofs and deliverables meet quality standards.
- Identify Opportunities: Recognize and pursue opportunities to bring in additional Account Management support as needed.
Your Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent, BS preferred, and PMP certification preferred
- Detail-oriented, analytical with great management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Customer centric and team player
- Self-starter (task initiative and is assertive)
- Go to production floor/fulfillment center, as needed
- Requires the use of office equipment such as copy machine, computer and calculator
- Requires reaching up to 24 inches to grab necessary materials
- Adaptability and willingness to be flexible to the demands of the business
- Work is performed in office environment.
